Battlefield 4 mouse issues

hey, ive recently gotten an issue with my mouse controls.  i honestly dont know entirely what it is as it just randomly happend during a match. but as you see in the video link i have an issue with my mouse sensitivity going up and down all the time, which makes the game unplayable.  i'm using a razer naga molten edition if that information is worth something

 *EDIT* tried a full reinstall didnt work, honestly i have no idea what it could be, its only in game, in the main menu it works perfectly fine. and no matter what mouse i use the issue is still there

    i managed to fix it, it was an issue with razer synapse where i have to turn it off when i play battlefield

    its already at 500 polling rate, it happens when i go in a game, but in the main menu its all fine.

    i've found out that it isnt my mouse thats the issue, its something in the game, i've tried to vertify the game but i havent managed to fix it yet. i've tried a few mouses where they all had the issue

    Have any controllers plugged in? In case, try to remove them.
