what have you tried so far to trouble shoot this problem? Have you deleted your installation and reinstalled it in case it Naval strike was corrupted during the update?
For general performance I suggest turning off the media server on your PS3 since it's a resource hog and BF4 requires a lot of resources on PS3 to run. I also recommend that you rebuild your PS3 database as described here: http://www.ps3blog.net/2011/01/28/tips-and-tricks-ps3-rebuild-database-faq-recovery-menu/ And finally if possible do not use wireless to play online, instead hard wire your console to your router as it improves BF4's general performance since it delivers faster data interchange.
