Can you please try to clear your origin cache and restart Origin as Administrator https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/ ?
Please check your Library via web version of Origin https://www.origin.com/rus/en-us/game-library And make sure you don't have Filters in the Library.
