Battlefield 4 no keyboard or mouse inputs when spawning in game on PC

Hello, Just recently ive noticed that when i launch BF4 on PC I have no Keyboard or Mouse inputs and my player just runs forward when spawning. ALT+TAB sometimes helps (rarely), SHIFT+F1 is disabled ...

what does this do exactly?

It create two files list.txt and Info.txt with information about system, that may help to reslve a problem
