Totally agree. Need the Xbox controller fails in ingame menus and certain parts of gameplay. Like needing to hold down to sprint. It should also be possible to browse servers with the controller, aka ingame version of battle log instead of browser

IMHO the Origin client needs to be updated to add gamepad support and then have the Battle Log work inside of the Origin client. They could use in client browser like Steam Big Picture does.
But the lack of real gamepad support in the actual game is a much bigger issue. They want to compete with COD but COD doesn't have these issues.
