Dear EA,
I am writing this because I would like to know why my xbox 360 controller will not work on Battlefield 4 now. When I first got the game it work great! and now after a few Orgin updates it no longer work. Why is this happening? and are there any fixes you have? I would really like to play Battlefield 4 again and I am terrible with my mouse and keyboard and would like to play this game again. Honestly I am very heart broken over this and would like to see a fix for this issue.

I purchased BF3 on the console, so I went and purchased it for the PC. The first thing that hit me as appalling was that it required a launcher and a web page to launch, obliterating any support for couch-based gaming.
Then I found out you put zero effort in supporting the X360 controller? (partial support)
Now I find out that BF4 has the same issues still, and you never bothered patching either??? (guess who's not spending one cent on that game? 🙂)
I'm done. I mean, completely done. I will never buy another BF game. This is crap, plain and simple.
edit: Oh yeah, and the unpatched mess you left on the PS3 for BF3 *almost* kept me from completing the campaign (seeing nothing but white every time there was a lense flare was cute). Thanks for that too...
If you want to release your games half-cocked and beta, I'm with you, but let's get real: your games are worth $10, not $60.
I own 270 games on my PC, dozens on my XB and PS, and BF series win the prize for the **absolute worst (in terms of support)** hands down - that's no joke.
