battlefield 4 PC avatar just spins

When I enter the battlefield my Avatar just spins in place and fires weapon.I have no control of it. This is second request for assistance. I was told to get CCcleaner to resolve possible conflict issues but this has"nt worked. I'm possibly missing something with the CCcleaner but I don't know what that could be.I've run it multiple times and restarted my computer each time. please help.

Try repairing your game in Origin. If that doesn't work see if you have more than one input device present such as a Razer Nostromo and a 360 game pad plugged into your PC at the same time and if you do unplug one as sometimes they conflict. If that doesn't work or isn't the case try resetting your key bindings to default.
