Hi @-JAKNIFE- and welcome to Answers HQ!
Can you add a dxdiag to your post? - this is how you do it:
http://help.ea.com/au/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Did you upgrade your Windows from Vista or is this a new install?
15.2 is not the latest drivers for your graphics card, you can download the latest here:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
I don't know what motherboard you have in your new computer but you might want to visit the manufacturers homepage and download the latest drivers for that as well.

Hello Carbonic HERO (& others!)
I just updated my AMD drivers, now I get the following error message . . .
Error
Dxdiag will generate a text file, you can attach the entire text file to this thread and that might help.
As for your new error, try reinstalling the Origin client and make sure it runs as administrator:
You might also want to run the Punkbuster installer found in the Battlefield 4 installation directory.
If you have any firewall / antivirus or similar running also make sure to manually whitelist / allow bf4.exe and origin.exe to run and access the internet.
