Thanks to Zorlacc my problem was solved, but I can't mark his reply as a solution for some reason.
If this thread wasn't bumped by chance, I would be out of luck with my problem. Why every other platform has a sticky thread for solutions in this forum, but PC doesn't? This thread contains replies that suggest many relevant solutions, it deserves to be stickied.
