I bought BF4 Premium through gamestop for the PS4, and it's not recodnising that I have it.

I purchased premium on the playstation store on the 15th. I have talked to support twice and both times they told me to wait it out and that they couldnt give me an ETA on when it'll start working. That was about 10 hours ago since I last contacted them.
