Battlefield 4 performance RTX 2080 Super i7 9700k

Hi! Since the last nvidia drivers update I've had poor performance on bf4. Used to have around 190-220 fps, but now it's barely half of that. I tried reseting the computer and it worked like it should again, but when i installed the new drivers, the problems came back. Even when reverting to an older driver version, the game still performs bad. All help is much appreciated!
