Battlefield 4 phantom bow

Hi!
I have unlocked phantom bow phase 1, 2 and 3. but it dosen't count the kills i do. 
I have tried to delete the game but it dosen't help. 

When i started the game i got a window that said " you have unlocked phase 1, 2 and 3" 
What can i do to get the game to count my kills
