"Battlefield 4 premium" and "Battlefield 4 premium Edition"

Hi, 

I have a ps3 account and have already have bought Battlefield4 from the ps3 online store. I wanted to buy a the premium membership for Battlefield4. When i say premium membership i mean, being able to download all the DLC content (all expansion packs for BF4:5 expansion packs i am guessing, early access etc, premium perks and so on).

I was checking out the PS3 store from the console and I am confused between the following two:-

1> "Battlefield4 Premium" : costing about 4000 INR. i am guessing it was described as an "Addon".

2> "Battlefield4 Premium Edition" : costing about 1800 INR. This was described as a "Bundle" and about 11GB, if i remember correct. 

Can you please tell me what is the diffrence between the two and which of them do i buy to get full fledged premium membership.

    The Battlefield Premium Edition should be more expensive than Battlefield Premium as it includes the Premium service as well as the game. The Premium standalone download will just upgrade your existing Battlefield game account with the Premium service.

        Thanks for the reply. So are saying that i should just buy "Battlefield 4 premium" to upgrade to a premium member ie to get all the 5 expansion packs with all the additional perks?

    About the price i state in the mail, i would confirm again today and  post back. It would be nice if i could upload pictures/snapshots to confirm you the same.

    Yes and thanks for your response. You can upload screenshots via an external host like imageshack and just link them here in the forum.

    Like i said here are the photos i took straight out of the tv from the PS3 store:-

    1> Battlefield 4 Premium : Costing 4126 INR. Its says its a "AddOn" as shown in the picture of 1.2MB. Link below:-

    The description on both of them are similar and i could only see "Two week early access to all expansion packs" that might be different in the descriptions of both(and if that makes a diffrence now is another question?)

    Now back to the question i had, i already have bought BF4, and i wanted the premium membership with all perks. Which one should i opt for or what is the difference between them both? The price difference is definitely a lot and i would want to opt for the cheaper one if that meets my said requirements.
