Battlefield 4 premium free in the in game store? [PS3]

I was looking at the in game store in the battlefield menu this morning and notice battlefield 4 premium was free from the 15 October to 30th October yet when i clicked on it to download the PSN Menu comes up and asks me to pay £40?

is it free or was this an error?

    Battlefield Premium was not free, thank you for your report we will pass it on to the studio for further investigation.
