Battlefield 4 Premium game not showing in Origin "My Games"

I bought Battlefield 4 Premium yesterday on sale, after buying it shows it's completed but whilst in Origin it doesn't show any game at all. I don't know if I have to buy the base game as I think it has it included.

I've tried clicking on "reload my games" but it doesn't do anything and I've deleted my temp files, I have also logged in and out multiple times and have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin but still no game shows.

It's becoming really annoying because I bought it yesterday and should be verified and show up.

When I pay money for a game online I expect to be able to have access to download it straight away.
