Battlefield 4 Premium. I NEED HELP SOMEONE.

i have purchased battlefield 4 premium on my xbox one and it has given me the battle packs so the game is aware that i have purchased it but it does not let me play the dlc maps. i bought premium for a reason and am now very angry. please help me.

    Premium does not "give" you the maps.  Premium simply unlocks the maps for free in the Playstation Store. 
    If you have confirmed 100 percent that you sucessfully purchased Premium, then go to the store (Do this from the main menu of BF4)

    and download all four packs.  The usual confirmation screen will come up, but with the purchase amount of "$0.00". 

    Downloading all four map packs will take a few hours time.

    Doof is correct, premium only gives you the ability to download the maps but doesn't do it for you. Go into the premium section of the BF4 in game store and download each expansion pack. Then go to games and apps and make sure each expansion installs after downloading. Then after all expansions are downloaded and installed start BF4.

    Thank you both.  Everywhere I've looked, all I've seen is the regedit fix.  Not one person or support rep EVER asked "did you know that the map packs actually didn't come with Premium and that you have to manually download them?"

    Christ.
