Battlefield 4 Premium knife

Where is me premium knife? I was supposed to get it 11 hours ago. Where is it?

    All premium events countdown clocks are in a delay of 11 to 12 hours you will get it by the premium battlepack don't worry it is just a delay bug for every one and all will get it if it passes a lot of time like a day then and only if it passes a lot of time then (but don't worry you will  get it as it is a delay for every one)

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

    Can you tell me please why i didnt receive my premium paint ? I wait a lots of time but .. nothing ! Please  help me !

    I all ready answered you in your thread but here it is again 

    You can only unlock it by a exclusive premium battlepack that will be in your battlepack section where all of your battlepacks are if you did not get it then
