Battlefield 4 Premium not showing up on new xbox one

I purchased Battlefield 4 Premium on 11/10/13 for my xbox 360. In June/July timeframe of 2014 I migrated to the xbox one version on my Dad's xbox one. All was good. I recently got my own xbox one and installed the game on it and it says I need to buy Premium. I can log into my Dad's xbox one which says that I own it and it's installed. Battlelog also shows that I'm premium for the xbox one. Not sure what I need to do. Please let me know.

It doesn't show up. My Dad already had it downloaded on his xbox for his BF4 account, so when I migrated, the premium was available to me. Since it was already there on his xbox one, I couldn't download it again. Now it says I have to pay for it on mine. I even went to my previously purchased items on xbox.com, which shows that I can download it for the 360 again, not the xbox one.

Yeah, I'm the Dad. Knowing that the promotion ran out 7/31/14, my son migrated his BF4 & Premium to the XB1 in June. I already had premium and the map packs installed on my XB1, so he was unable to "download" them again. We bought him his own XB1 a week ago and when he installed BF4 on it, it tries to make him pay for it. It's not available to "re-download" it on his XB1, but it is for him on mine. Weird stuff. We need some help. I've spent a lot of $$$ buying double copies of BF4 & premium already.

    I've already spent $300+ I know how u feel I'm so aggravated
  • Sorry For Your Son But I Had The Same Issue So I Went On A Live Chat With The EA Game Advisors And I Rudely Said Something's About How They Shouldn't Have Ended The Promotion Because I Was At My Friends House And Transferred My Bf4 Data From The 360 Onto My Friends Xbox One And I Had Premium. Whenever I Got My Xbox One For My House (August 3rd) It Wouldn't Let Me Transfer Premium! The Next Day I'm Frantic About Finding Solution, So I Checked The Battlelog And Looked At The Forums And Found Out On The 78th Thread A Link To What Dice Said About The Promotion Ending!! Way To Go Dice For Telling The Whole World That The Promotion Ended!

That's not cool. It's just frustrating that he migrated well prior to the deadline and it's still not working on his XB1 but it works on mine.

I had the exact converstaion with an advisor this afternoon and he said that if we keep up talking about it it might change. I hope so because for EA to make people pay 50 dollars TWICE as well as by the game twice is low. . . they still allow stat changes so why cant premium always be included. I paid the money!!! So dissapointed in this company right now.
