The same problem has happened to me.
After contacting EA support I was told to contact Sony directly.
Unfortunately Sony administration needs 7 days (!!!!) to check the case.
That kind of situation is extremely unacceptable and unfair. Why? Sony is very quick in charging the cash for their products. I can understand that, but they also should be as quick as possible in opposite way - if someone reports error in the purchase.
I've bought Premium account on Battlefield 4 (PS4) on Sunday (4 days ago). Today (Thursday) I still don't have access to any Premium option in the game (although I was able to download all the content)... This is very wierd and annoying...
