Yesterday I bought Battlefield 4 premium (49,99) on PS4 but remained on the word waiting to install please, answer me

Try to re-download it.
1. Go to this link and sign in with your PSN account: https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/home/main
2. Click on download list
3. Find the download you need, then click "Download to PS4".
Note: You should then see this download in your PSN notifications.
