Battlefield 4 Premium on Xbox One not showing up

Did you actually install Premium?  You stated you installed all the DLC's however never stated if you installed Premium.

As you can see from one of the images, it says Premium. Yes I installed Premium.

As I said in my first post:

If I go to the store from the main menu of Battlefield 4 and select all items, Premium is shown at the top. If I select it, I am informed that it has already been installed and showed show up on the "My games and apps" tile. If I select any of the DLC's on their own, the same information is presented to me. Note that I did go through all the DLCs after purchasing Premium and downloaded and installed them.

By looking at your first screenshot, it says "INSTALL" which leads me to believe that you did not install this part like @xxxC🤭lBr33zExxx stated.  It is a very small file that needs to be downloaded and installed to your account to "activate" Premium.

All the additional elements have been installed including premium.

The attachments show all the components of Battlefield 4 and also when I manage the Premium add-on, it gives me the option to uninstall it, leading me to believe that it is installed.

Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

I looked back at your original post, and your issue is you are not joining the game from the correct spot.  You are looking at the DLC, etc.  You must go to Multiplayer and go to the server browser and join a match from there.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I will certainly try out what you have said, but I generally do not play multiplayer matches. I was hoping that I could play the additional games, such as China Rising and Second Assault as single player missions.

Perhaps EA need to put up an installation document and explain that the DLCs are only for multiplayer use.

In the base Battlefield 4 game, you can see that it is made up of a number of different missions and they are in a specific order, and you can easily select a specific mission.

When you go onto the Multiplayer through the server browser, it is impossible to know the mission order of, for example Second Assault or China Rising.

Could someone confirm if the DLC packages, purchased through Premium, do not allow a single player game mode.

Obviously I purchased these add-ons with the assumption that I would have additional single player games, which I have now found out, is not the case.

Would someone be able to let EA know that their marketing material and they way that they sell these add-ons needs to be changed to ensure that the consumer is fully aware of what they are purchasing.
