Battlefield 4 Premium problem!

Hi,

I recently purchased BF4 premium for PS3 as a birthday treat for myself and everything is working fine on PSN. Little did I know that for my birthday my wife had bought me an Xbox one and BF4 for the X1. Is there any special allowance to switch premium on to my Xbox account and have access revoked on PSN!? I know this is a little uncommon but I really don't want to miss out on all the great features and I'd be gutted to have spent £40 for a few days playtime?

    No you can not transfer it you can ask for a refund and then purchase it on your Xbox account that is all you can do and to do that 

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

    Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately the lady I spoke to was a waste of time and cut me off at the end,

    She basically told me tough cookie and speak to Sony as it was nothing to do with EA/Origin. Despite the fact the premium POS inside the packaging gives you directions to the consoles store - EA apparently don't take anything to do with their product.

    To sum up, I have bought the game brand new twice for a combined total of £90 and have a 4 day old premium subscription for a console I'll never use.

    Well try again you may had just a bad agent and try what the agent said maybe it will help who knows
