Battlefield 4 Premium Product Key Activated, but the game doesn't appear !

Yesterday i bought a product key of battlefield 4 premium, i have had the green message that say the product key is activated and the game gonna show up in my library soon , but in fact it doesn't . i tried to refresh my library many times and now its more than 10 hour that i m waiting and still nothing.
I need your help to fix this problem please.
@Oziux1 Premium doesn't do anything on its own, you need to have the base game on your account in order to use Premium.
When you do have this then you can play the base game as well as Premium.
You can grab a 7 day trial for it here, but after that you'll need a copy of the game.
