Battlefield 4 progress

Question

Downloaded battelfield 4 after 8 years and all my progress was erased. I had put 100s of hours into that game. My friend logged in after the same amount of time and has all his progress and is level 123. Not a huge deal since it’s been so long but was wondering if anyone knew of a fix.&nbsp;

Hello BANDITSTEALS,Progress can't be restored by EA. Check if you are using the same account.

Any chance you may have originally been playing on Xbox 360? I can find two soldiers under your username on Battlelog, a blank one for Xbox 360 (blank as the stats were wiped after the shutdown if memory serves) and a rank 8 one for Xbox One, so thought I'd ask.
