Battlefield 4 PS3 wired controller

I bought one of the BPS3 BF4 controllers. However the analog sticks are very tight. Anyway to losen up the analog sticks? Raising sensetivitiy in the game only cause the player do a 180 turn with the slightest adjustment.

And for a version 2.0. how about changing the plastic grip to a rubber anti slip kind of material.
