Last week my origin EA play membership expired because I needed to update my payment method. Therefore, I updated my payment info and renewed my membership. Immediately after renewing and trying to enter a server for BF4 I am kicked out by Punkbuster. This is obvious that there is a correlation with my account expiring and then becoming reenabled because I have not had any PB issues in many years and no new hardware/software changes--only renewed EA play. I tried everything last week on the first day it happened to no avail (watched every PB video, read as many PB kick forums, did it all suggested fixes, reinstalled pb, windows firewall incoming settings good, checked services, repair game, etc). My conclusion at that time was the ban was due to some type of error with renewing my account. Then the next day, all the sudden everything worked perfectly fine. Entered any BF4 server with not one issue and played several hours that day and some the next. Then fast forward through the week, I did not play at all. Getting to Friday night (2 days ago), all the sudden the ban is back on again...nothing has changed. Now, I'm thinking...what the hell? Let me try this all again, but to no avail. Then let's see on Saturday, surely this is just a bug like the prior week, thinking it will all the sudden work again. Nope, Saturday didn't work and neither today. I tried contacting the "24/7 chat option on EA," but apparently they have there own definition of 24/7 as really it is 24/6 maybe if that??? No option to talk to support for Saturday night or at all on Sunday. Any help is much appreciated. The message I get reads as follows:
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player ‘Blu3Sonic’...Global Punkbuster GUID BAN 657xxxxx.
I placed x's in place of actual characters at the end of the GUID Ban ID because I don' t think it's a good idea to post that ID, but I wanted to show the first digits as they don't relate to any posted "ban codes."
