Battlefield 4 Purchased but not appear in My Games for Download

Hi,

I have been trying to reach Support endlessly in Origin Error Report, at least twice I am unable to get any answer. I purchased on line with a confirmation email of my order and unable to download since. 

Is there anything else I need to do apart from paying for it ? I assume after we pay, it will appear in My Games for download.

Please help here as I am having difficulty to reach EA for support.

    Hello @aaronlim8968 . 

    I just what to inform you, that by using Origin Error Report tool, you will not be contacted this way for your problem and no support case shall be opened for you.

    You will also sadly not be able to get your problem solved this way.

    For contacting support, please choose live chat option, instead of call back and someone will be with you right away.

    Have you issues reaching our support via phone or live-chat? There is unfortunately nothing we can do here in this public and community driven board regarding payment issues. Could you please try to reach a Game Advisor directly via the Battlefield 4 product page: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4

    HI Basti,

    Thanks for your response. It will be a miracle if I ever get support from EA. I reported 3 incident on the same matter and as follow up but no response so far. Is the support from EA so bad ?

    I am from Malaysia by the way. Hence I am not entitled for a call from them. Do you know anybody who I can get help from ?

    It is very dissappointing for me to pay and unable to download with no further support from EA. Just sad....
