battlefield 4 redeem code not working

My battlefield 4 redeem code of china rising for ps4 is not working. When i enter the code it gives an error and states that code is no longer valid or offer has expired. The game was obviously brand new and sealed.

    I lot of codes are sensitive to CAPS, make sure you're entering it in correctly.

    For example, this is how a code should look like;

    ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP

    Most codes are all CAPS I don't know of any that isn't.

    If you are entering the code in correctly and it still isn't working it might be because

    Essentially, you pre-ordered it in full and will receive it automatically when it releases.
