Battlefield 4 shangai bug

Question

When I enter the lift at Chapter 2: Shanghai,and the lift is opened at the wrong floor, the lift begins to tremble and I fall down to the nowhere, and everywhere I see waterfall everywhere Anyone know what's this bug and have any patch to fix it? The game is original so I don't know what's the problem Thanks for your comments

Can you please try to reboot your PC and restart the game? Or try to restart chapter 2.

I tried but it did not work also I have a problem too. There are many White pixels when I play game or when I play opening video on this game.
my system: 16 gb ram intel&nbsp;i7 win 10 *64 gtx 960 m thank you for your answer
