Battlefield 4: Single Player Campaign Progress Not Saving

I am glad I was able to dedicate a day and pass the single player campaign.  I went back to play it from the begining on easy so that I could get the guns and dog-tags unlocked.   THREE TIMES I HAVE HAD TO RESTART BECAUSE THE GAME WON'T SAVE!!!!  I hope  you make it clear to all the players when you have patched this problem.
