Battlefield 4 Sniper scope

Hello dear support and gamers i have little problem in my BF4 since beta i waiting to full game and think it will not be here but it is there. To problem i pickup my favourite class as sniper and when i spawned my cross in scope was Dim or muzzle here is a screenshot:

and no i wasnt under efect of suppresion fire and nothing i canspawn on empty server and my cross looks like this everytime on every sniper rifle. Can you help me please what can i do to make this cross back to normal?                          Thank you for you patience and have a nice day /PooDy
