Your old Dell computer doesn't meet the system requirements for the game - it's basicly not fast enough. The game requires a proper gaming grade AMD or Nvidia graphics card and you only have a slow onboard Intel graphics card.

These are the system requirements for Battlefield 4 should you be interested:

    Minimum System Requirements
    OS: Windows Vista SP2 32-bit
Processor (AMD): Athlon X2 2.8 GHz
Processor (Intel): Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz
    Memory: 4 GB
    Hard Drive: 30 GB
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon HD 3870
Graphics card (NVIDIA): Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
    Graphics memory: 512 MB

    Recommended System Requirements
    OS: Windows 8 64-bit
    Processor (AMD): Six-core CPU
    Processor (Intel): Quad-core CPU
    Memory: 8 GB
    Hard Drive: 30 GB
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon HD 7870
Graphics card (Nvidia): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
    Graphics memory: 3 GB

    @icecoke2k

You did not upload the full dxdiag. On that first page in the screenshot, click Save All Information and add that .txt file to the reply.

From what I can see on the information you already provided is that your cpu is set as your main GPU. That won't be enough to run the game. If you have a more powerful GPU in your system then make sure you setup a gaming profile.

If you want me to look into it further, then please add the full dxdiag.

    Thanks!
