    Yes we all are aware of the issues but for now there will not be any compromises for now if there is any kind of comprises it will be on the battlelog news or battleblog sorry you are having issues but DICE is working hard at solving them and they will solve them in the end just wait for a bit more and it will all get solved still non premium stats reset option is not given and i don't think it will you just have to wait and see

I cant just return the other game. It is a gift for my friend. I don't think it is right that I have to spend another 500 bucks to get a feature that at the very least Deluxe owners should have access to as well. Some of us live on a tight budget, like students, and we can't just afford to throw money around for something that I feel should be there in the first place. Please I am not trying to bash you personally, more aimed at EA in general who I personally feel are trying to milk people for all the cash they are worth. I am sorry I just feel cheated at the moment. I thought we would be getting premium membership when we pre-ordered a Deluxe Edition. Or was that Digital Deluxe? Are they not both Deluxe and should have the same features?

EDIT: Also considering the game is full of luanch issues I think it would at least be a decent comprimise to meet customers half-way and say give non-Premium owners at least a limited number of stats resets until all the kinks are ironed out. I mean it will show customers that you do care at least. Maybe like 3 or 5 resets for non-Premium members?

i am sorry for this but you wore given details about your product when you wore pre ordering you knew exactly what you wore pre ordering and there really is not other way whit no premium to have a stats reset sorry
