When you did a clean boot did anything change?
Try this ...
You may experience a black screen when launching Battlefield 4 while using the Windows Aero theme with DPI scaling set to 150% or 200%
Go to my documents and battlefield 4 folder move it to desktop for now.
Open origin go to BF4 game right mouse click it repair game.
Once done then pick update game when done test BF4

Thanks for reply
My system:
OS: Windows 7 SP1 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2020 @ 2.90GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7770
Graphics Memory: 1024 MB
which is higher than minimum.
also tried clean boot as what instructed in that link you provided, still didn't change anything.
so I didn't understand what to do for this:
"You may experience a black screen when launching Battlefield 4 while using the Windows Aero theme with DPI scaling set to 150% or 200%"
also I did these as you provided them in your first reply:
"Go to my documents and battlefield 4 folder move it to desktop for now.
Open origin go to BF4 game right mouse click it repair game.
Once done then pick update game when done test BF4"
