Does you PC meet recommended PC specs? Sorry I have to ask as some people will buy the game without making sure a PC can pull it off.

When you did a clean boot did anything change?
Try this ...
You may experience a black screen when launching Battlefield 4 while using the Windows Aero theme with DPI scaling set to 150% or 200%
Go to my documents and battlefield 4 folder move it to desktop for now.
Open origin go to BF4 game right mouse click it repair game.
Once done then pick update game when done test BF4
Clear Temporary files on your PC.

which is higher than minimum.
also tried clean boot as what instructed in that link you provided, still didn't change anything.
