Have a look at this page it explains it and at the end has steps to change settings if nothing else go into yours to be sure it is still set at 100.

thanks but that method isn't something fix my issue, also that article is old than before 2001, so where are origin developers? they must investigate this issue and at least try to fix it as not only me, too many others have this issue.
