Battlefield 4 stuck on loading screen for xbox 360 if try to connect with a xbox live account
Hi everyone I am bitterly disappointed that I got bf4 for Xmas and I haven't managed to play it once. I have installed the game on the hard drive, downloaded the patches and it still won't work. I have a xbox 360 live gold account and when I try to play the game gets stuck on the loading page the infinite raining screen. I have uninstalled are installed 3 times with no luck. However when i use a non xbox live account it lets me into campaign only! Therefore there is some glitch. So I disconnected the internet cable and it loaded the campaign and then I plugged the internet back and signed into xbox live mid game and then it lets me play for 10 minutes before it crashes. I spoke to xbox support and they told me to clear the cache delete the profile and download again, which I did but made no difference. I am planning to write to EA TO ASK for my money back as I can only play the game without internet access so no multiplayer. I have spent Xmas day and Boxing Day trying to sort this and I hope someone can help or I have a fight on my hands to get my money back! By the way I have Xbox elite 250 gb hard drive so plenty of space! Thanks in advance
- Hi guys I have solved this from another post in this forum apologies I didn't know how to copy the link here. But the reason for this happening is that your orgin account is classed as an underage account. Therefore you gamertag or psn is linked to that. So when you load it recongises that u are underage so the game never loads . The way to solve it to either create a new account at the orgin website or contact support and get them to transfer your gamertag to a new over 18 account. There is a small risk you can lose in game purchases for any EA GAME. I lost some achievement s from FIFA 14 but can now play battlefield. Will try and copy the link. This really sucks as there is no warning or anything the game just won't load.
