OP you can be Battlelog banned for ToS violations to include cheating\hacking\boosting\stat padding to in game behavior that includes racist\homophobic\sexist\poronographic\swearing language or BF4 emblems/chat hud posts/battlelog posts, or stalking. harrassing, or "hooah spamming" people on Battlelog.
Please note that a Battlelog Ban or EA Ban are completely different from a Punkbuster or Fairfight ban. Under a non-permanent Battlelog ban you can still play your EA games, on an EA Ban you cannot play multiplayer. If you have a PB or FF ban you can still play but you must play on servers that do not use those anti-cheat tools.
