Yes we are going to return the game as well, and I guess we will need to get a diffetrent game since this seems to be acommon problem. We got the game at TARGET. ha ha. and we have a brand new PS 4
I FINALLY fixed it!!! (posed it in another post)
So exited 😕mileyvery-happy: whooohoo.
Not sure exactly which steps squashed it, but this is what I did:
(first part from technipages)
1) Go to the P4 general menu
2) Go to Settings.
3) Select System Language
4) Select English (US) important!!!
5) Erase / Remove B4 from the P4. (YES!)
6) Reload Game
7) Download any Update
8) Restart P4 (we did a lot of restarts)
9) Load up B4 go to "Options" in B4
10) Go to Audio (Black horizonal Menu buttons ) { now after the update and having the system language set to US Enligh, there is a *new* option }
11) Select English for "Voice Over Language"
12) Save YOUR new settings.
13) Restart P4
14) Check settings that it is still English.
