Battlefield 4 Tashgar enter old town

Hey I'm playing battlefield mission 6 and upon crossing the bridge I'm not greeted by the marines and the door isn't opened..they just stand there and so does my team...
So I have no way of getting into the old town and progressing.
I make sure they're no enemies left.
I restarted both the check point and campaign and made she its updated with the latest patch.

What do I do now.....?
I don't understand how this can happen tbh
