Battlefield 4 update problem on ps4

My battlefield 4 does not want to update I have no idea what the problem is because all my other games update perfectly fine just not battlefield I thought it was the disk itself but when I took it to gamester it says its perfectly fine. I can play story mode but not multi player its been like this for a month can someone please explain or help me out at all
