Battlefield 4 upgrade and stats transfer lost some weapons and accessories

i recently upgraded to an xbox one from 360 and transfered my stats and re downloaded all the DLC s and premium. however not all my weapons and accessory unlocks transfered. when i look in battle log i can see a lot of the weapons on my xbox one profile but they are not syncing to the in game play.

its also showing the amount of kills etc for the weapons when i played xb360 but is not unlocked? have tried the live chat with EA but they were not helpful at all. any ideas anyone?

    It has been a long time since you transferred the account? 

    Battlelog usally take some time to update this kind of stuff, usally a two days or so.

    soldato_fantasma. i transfered the stats just after xmas! have been playing bf4 on the xbone for a few hours too. i don't understand why its transfered some weapons and not others. i also unlocked all the pistols and now only show 4 with no accessories. very frustrating as i'm quite an avid bf player

    It's really strange, it looks like a backend bug, and in cases like this almost nothing can be done to fix the problem since it is impossible to change the stats.

    I think that you have to re-unlock everything you lost again.
