Log out of origin completely and close it, then right click the Origin icon on your desktop and select run as administrator. Next right click the BF4 icon in your games library and select "repair".
Next go to your GPU's driver page and download the Win 10 driver set. After installation reboot your PC and then try to play a round of BF4.

Try this:
Get inside your documents folder, then open "Battlefield 4" and then "settings". Delete the "PROFSAVE" (the one without underscores) and "PROFSAVE_profile" files.
Doing so you delete ALL the settings (video exc.) and you shoud be able to play the game again with the default settings._________________________________________________________________________
