Battlefield 4 xbox 360 "premium"

hello everyone 🙂

first post on here "i think" its been ages sine i been online

ok my trouble when bf4 was launched i got the premium version at the time on xbox 360, sadly due to cancer in the family i never got to game on it much.

since then i got myself a xbox one..but i have lost my premium and all the content from the 360 premium version, is there away of getting it back without paying for it again ?

i have my stats on xbox one but thats it

I am sorry to hear that happened to you, sadly the premium transfer offer has expired on July 31, 2014. and there is now no way to transfer it.

EA help were giving out redeem codes for those that hadn't free transferred their Premium membership from the 360 to the XB1 before the 31st July 2014 deadline. But since rewording their battlefield.com site to this http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/premium
They are nolonger giving out codes so you will have to buy it again for your XB1.
But if I was you I would still complain via EA help online chat and ask for your complaint to be esculated. The more people do this the better. It took me 3 online chats, 1 phone call to EA, 1 chat and call to Microsoft.
Eventaully they gave me a refund on my Xboxlive account once I paid for it again.

Thx for feed back contact microsoft chat adviser, had nice long chat, they passed my to EA adviser told the full story, adviser says my premium should come over, but it as not, so the special team is looking into the matter....
i only used bf4 premium for 2 month max on launch.. and also xbox live pre-paid 12month lost 9 month of that...
just hope they can give me the premium back
buying maps for titanfall, can not waiting for Hardline, can not really afford premium again for BF4
