Battlefield 4 xbox 360

Hi , my son got this for his birthday yesterday disc 1 loaded no problem disc 2 is still trying to load / frozen for over 2 hours!!!!

He has over 200gb of space on his xbox but it will not load. He has no messages either for updates any help would be appreciated as he currently has a brand new game which he can't use :-(
