this is not a glich. Your EA/Origin account linked to your console is too young. Battlefield 4 is a 17+ game. You need to change the age of your account or link your xbox to another account that has the age requirements. It works i had the same problem until i figured this out.

Hello!
This has to do with Age Restrictions. I helped a guy a couple of days ago who experienced the same problem. Changing the Age in Account Settings on Origin / EA + on your console settings (if you're a console player) fixes the issue, or at least it did for him. It was his sons console and his son had first set the age to 10 years, which is too young.

yes there is a fix
switch off console
unplug it
throw it out the window
and done the end
@cod3isbay I can understand the frustration, i've wanted to do the exact same thing a couple of times. It has not been related to the game however, just technology oriented issues in general that i've experienced.
However, as I mentioned earlier, it seems like this problem has to do with Age Restrictions. A change in terms of age in console settings (If you're a console player) + Origin/EA should solve the problem, at least it has for many.

Hi,
I'm stuck on the loading screen, before the main menu. The game stays there forever. Only works if I disconnect the Xbox One from the Internet.
