Battlefield 4: You were disconnected from EA online (1) error
This is normal down to a network issue be it EA or Your need.
I would suggest looking up how to port forward for your router's firewall for the following ports.
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300Then also disabling UPNP on your Windows Install which can be done via pressing WinKey+R and typing services.msc . From the new windows that would of opened head to the bottom or by pressing U on the keyboard and right clicking UpnP Device host, then selecting Properties. Once in the properties section change the start type to manua click apply and reboot.
There is a site called portforwarding which will have instructions on how to port forward on your router a google search will find the site.
