Battlefield 4

In December I purchased Battlefield 4 from my local Tesco for £30. On the cover at the top it said "Includes China Rising Expansion" Seemed like a good deal to me.

However once installed it seems that is all there is to it. Battlefield 4 China Rising, there is no other game that I seem able to access.

So my question is this.

Should there be the base game that I can access... i.e. Battlefield 4 the game without the expansion?

Hi, Bf4 is a multiplayer game with a single player campaign.
'China Rising' is an add-on map pack for multiplayer only. It has nothing to do with the single player campaign mode.
You completed the single player cmapaign of the main game....as I've said, China Rising is something you can only play in multiplayer (it is 4 extra maps called Silk Road, Dragon Pass, Guilin Peaks and Altai Range).
Sadly if you dont have access to online you cannot play China Rising ☹️

Sobarku, you should have Battlefield 4.

China Rising is just a Battlefield 4 map pack for the multi-player side of the game.

The Battlefield 4 game is 24GB in size.

So is Battlefield 4 just the multiplayer engine not a campaign/single player game. I completed China Rising and just wondered what else there was to it, was there a game I was missing. I don't have the internet speed for online gaming so have to settle for single player stuff.
