Battlefield 4

Question

I have recently played Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 and wanted to try Battlefield V so I signed up for origin access. Battlefield 4 worked fine before but after it said I could "upgrade it" it hasn't launched. I have looked at several forums about Battlefield 4 not launching and nothing will work.
