Hello EA staff, Me and my friends cannot play Battlefield bad company 1 online as the message ''Failed to connect to EA Online'' appears whenever we try to go on multiplayer. I can play Bad Company 1 just fine on PS3 so maybe it's a problem on EA Xbox servers only (The game is also backward compatible on Xbox One but the same issue is there). This started around 5 days ago and everyone on my friend list assumed that there is a maintenance going on. Can you please give us information on what's going on and is it possible to fix the issue?

Today on 10/9/18 I attempted to get online. I was given a message stating "Failed to connect to EA Online".

Hello EA_Atic, thank you for responding. When I tried getting online on 10/9/18 there was only one attempt made, however I did also make some attempts today. Today after getting the "Failed to connect EA Online" message I then proceeded to go to my Xbox 360's system setting to clear the cache. After that I then launched the game again to make another attempt. Sadly I still couldn't get online.

I understand your frustration as I too was experiencing the same issue some time ago, but as of today 11/30/2018 I checked out of curiosity to see if the online service is functioning and I'm glad to say that it is.

@EA_Atic - I have not been able to connect to BF: Bad Company 1 for a week or so. Are the servers down again? 8/1/2019

Have you tried any of our connective troubleshooting?
