Do you have BFBC2 on Steam or Origin?
I have bought it two times, one for steam and one for origin, both have the same problem.(notice that i have deleted all the files from the steam one before installing the origin one)

For steam version you will need to set launch options. Please take note on the post from AtiA_TR
